I came to GenAI through data science. I joined TCS in 2018 building predictive models for utilities, and moved through analytics and consulting into architecture. That's why I treat retrieval quality, guardrails and observability as engineering work: measured, and in place before release.
Since 2024 I've helped grow one client engagement from a proof of concept into eight AI and data solutions, from RAG search and agentic automation to causal analysis.
